Classes are for 16 years +, designed for ‘quiet relax moments’ in which to develop mindfulness, manage immediate issues or professional challenges.
Give yourself ‘me’ time to re-energise and refocus on life. Age or health issues are not a barrier, we cater for all abilities.
The class is on Wednesday evenings at Skipsea Village Hall, 6.45-7.45pm, providing time for commuters or busy individuals to attend. We deliver a proven multi style format of Shaolin Chu’an and Sun Style Forms (movements) with Qi Kung breathing techniques.
No expensive subscriptions or uniform costs. Pay as you go the first two weeks then monthly non-returnable fees thereafter (£4/hour).
Tai Chi styles are gentle and flowing designed to promote long term health benefits whilst forging new friendships and fun. Seated Tai Chi is standard in all classes so don’t be nervous of giving it a go! All you require are comfortable clothes, flat shoes and a bottle of water with a smile!
